It really looks great and better yet, tastes wonderful. / maysflair https://www.instagram.com/mays_flair/... / maybakescakes Ingredients: 350g or 2 cups + 3 tbsp Bread Flour 225g or 3/4 cups + 3 tbsp Milk 50g or 3 tbsp + 1tsp Sugar 5g or 1 tsp Yeast 50g or 3 tbsp + 2 tsp Butter 360g or 1 cup + 1/4 cups Purple Yam / Ube Halaya 5g or 1 tsp Salt 1 piece Egg (Optional) White Sesame Seeds N.B. Sifting the flour is optional and for personal preference. "Sifting flour is to introduce air into a cake mixture. Any air you introduce in this manner to bread, is going to get knocked out when you knead anyway. Bread gets its lightness from rising with yeast. So there's no need to sift flour when making bread."
