Or you may have a house with a Section 8 tenant. All you need to do if you have a Section 8 tenant is to email the Section 8 Passed Inspection letter from the housing authority to BSEED, Building Safety Engineering & Environmental Department and BSEED will mail you a Certificate of Compliance without you also getting a lead paint test or city inspection test.
