Good morning, friends! Welcome back to Yoga with Yana! It's so good to have you here. Today's class is a 20-minute yoga stretch that is designed to help you release tension and tightness from the body in the morning through dynamic stretching and breathing. In this class, we will begin by stretching out the neck, shoulders, and spine through some seated postures while incorporating our breathing. We will then move into some standing postures and poses to release tension from the hips, hamstrings, and lower back. If at any time you feel the need to rest or take a break, please go ahead and do so and join back in whenever you're ready. Please feel free to modify any of these poses to your comfort level and always listen to your body. If you're looking for similar classes, we have a whole Morning Yoga playlist on our channel so please feel free to check it out! Thanks for being here and for supporting this yoga channel!
