Hi friends! Welcome back to Yoga with Yana! Today's class is a quick and gentle Total Body Stretch yoga! We will start the practice by warming up the neck, shoulders, spine and hips, and move into more deeper stretches (with different variations). As usual, I invite you to please focus on your breath, as it will enable you to go deeper into each pose and experience the full benefits of this practice. If at anytime, you feel the need to rest or modify any pose, please feel free to do that! This is YOUR practice, so please listen to your body and do what works best for you!
