TRIP REPORT | First Time on Austrian Boeing 767! | Montreal to Vienna | AUSTRIAN Premium Economy

Austrian Trip Report flying from Montreal to Vienna, in Premium Economy, onboard one of the last Austrian Airlines Boeing 767 on a lovely spring evening in Canada and morning in Europe. Amazing. That's the only way I can describe the Premium Economy experience on Austrian Airlines Boeing 767. I honestly think it's the best Premium Economy cabin in any European airline (not Austrian Airlines in general, but the one on their Boeing 767s). After a beautiful flight from Los Angeles (the previous Trip Report on the channel), we landed on time in Montreal and quickly got to the boarding gates area (no extra security controls needed, just a very quick passport check). We had 3 hours before departure, so we used them to make some nice planespotting and explore Montreal airport. Our connecting flight to Vienna was operated by one of the last Boeing 767 flying in Europe with passengers and we were flying in Premium Economy. Let me tell you that the Premium Eco cabin on the Austrian B767 is amazing. Much better than one on the B777; extremely better. Full of space everywhere. (I wish all premium economy cabins in the world would be like this one!) The take-off was with the amazing light of the dusk: allowing us to enjoy the night views of the city while the sky appeared to be on fire. Our route to Vienna took us around 7h30min, all across the Atlantic Ocean until reaching Ireland. From there we continued towards the UK, The Netherlands, Germany, and, finally, Vienna in Austria, where we landed well ahead of the schedule, ending that way an amazing trip. Especial mention for the sunrise that we enjoyed over Ireland and the United Kingdom; with the cabin in complete silence. What a moment! About the onboard service, this was my second time on Austrian's Premium Economy (remember that flight to Tokyo on the Boing 777?) and this time the menu was much better: tasty and in good amount. 2-hours before landing a warm breakfast was served. Again tasty and in decent quantity. The fresh fruit was particularly good. Now it's your turn! Have you ever flown with Austrian Airlines? Which route? How was the experience?
