OR BOTH!! 😍 This vlog has a little mini cooking tutorial from Luca on how he cooks and seasons salmon. If you've heard me talk about eating fish... you know I'm not a fan. But I eat it because it's soooo good for you. And thankfully the way Luca cooks it makes it, dare I say.. yummy 😋 Let us know if you try it!! THEN, I have a 10 minute TOTAL BODY TONE workout for you that you can follow along and listen to my form tips and cues. You can do this workout from home or the gym, all you need is a yoga mat and a set of dumbbells.
