Turkish KOFTE & PIDE Kebab from Marmara Region BURSA City. On our first iftar I bring two all time favorites to one dish: Ramadan pide and Turkish kofte! We call this "Köfteli Pide" meaning köfte with pide base. It is similar to iskender and perfect to use any leftover breads or pides. But I'll be using fresh pide that will make as well.
