During the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed, I have filmed this insane one-off, drift hypercar: the "MadMac" McLaren P1 GTR/650S GT3 with 3-Rotor drifting up te hillclimb. McLaren's original 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 has been scooped out and exchanged for something that is 'in Mike's DNA'. If you know Mike, you know that he is devoted to rotary engines. That's why a heavily pumped 2.0-liter Mazda rotary engine (the 20B, for those in the know) with a turbo and 1,000 hp has been installed at the heart of the carbon fiber chassis.
