The cream may splash and cause burns, so if you are inexperienced, be sure to wear gloves before starting. 5) Stir until the cream becomes thick and thick 6) Add butter and rum, mix, and filter through a sieve If you have vanilla bean, you can omit the extract and boil it together with the milk to make a much tastier cream. 7) Cover it with cling film so that it comes into contact with the cream on a flat surface and cool it completely in the refrigerator. If there is a space between the cream and the wrap, water vapor will form and the cream will collect water, so please seal it well with wrap. 8) Add sugar to the whipped cream and whip it.
