Where Are These Amazing Holden Projects Headed?

On this episode we head into project territory with Joe. Joe is a early Holden guy who loves the EH EJ HR era of Holden, and the HQ. Joe got the bug for these cars as his dad drove these cars when he was a kid. I got the feeling things had snowballed a bit for joe. but when opportunity knocks joe has picked up a few gems. The question then becomes, witch one to work on first. The first of the projects is a HR wagon. This car was in great condition when Joe found it. It had some damage bot little to no rust. A rare find in the HR's He has repaired the damage and has painted the jams and bay. K frame has been blasted and powder coated. the overall plan is to fit some sort of V8 into it and make a grandpa spec sleeper. The second car is his most recent acquisition, an EJ. This one is again in great original condition without being a rust bucket. It still has its original paint and trim and has not had any obvious repairs. Solid floors and sills and is just going to get enough love to get her running again as it has no motor at the moment. the 3rd car is a HR. This car was brought as a going concern and was meant to be a quick tidy up that quickly became another full resto. Unfortunately this one had rust. And it was bad. and before he knew it he had 3 projects on the go. Not to be deterred he has done a lot of work on this car and its looking solid now. and guess what. there is another project to talk about. This one is Joe's dream car, a HQ Monaro 2 door. Joe has been putting this car together for a few years now and the level of workmanship in top notch. The paint is Shockwave Blue and the body is perfect. its had a rotisserie build so the underneath looks as good as the top. Every part of this car is better than new. Its running a 350 stroked to 383 with ally heads and all the goodies. Turbo 400 and 9 inch diff. Joe is nearly there with this build as he just has glass to go back in, some trim to be installed and some mechanical things like the radiator.
