Discover the power of a clear mind, deep intuition, and compassionate wisdom with renowned Zen teacher Barbara Rhodes. In this transformative talk, Rhodes introduces the Korean Zen practice of ‘don’t-know mind’—an antidote to the overthinking and overstimulation of modern life that often leads to suffering. Through practical insights and timeless wisdom, she teaches how to “compost” life’s challenges—digesting difficulties into energy that fuels resilience, clarity, and fulfillment. Learn how to face whatever arises with calm, curiosity, and an open heart.
