🛍️ Day 6 – Shopping & Icon Park | #PartridgeFamilyAdventures☀️ A rare morning of peace — I actually got a lie-in until 7:10 (luxury!), and all the kids were still spark out. A quiet cuppa to myself… pure bliss. We took it easy this morning — kids splashing about in the pool, football on the telly, and a few loads of washing done. Domestic goddess mode: activated. 👁️ Eyegate update: Mystery solved — the reaction’s down to my new One/Size setting spray. Their primer’s fab, but this spray? Unless you fancy the Quasimodo look, give it a miss! Then it was off to the Premium Vineland Outlets for a spot of shopping. Now, I’ll admit I’m usually the shopaholic, but today’s first purchase came from… Charlie. Socks. Riveting stuff. Meanwhile, I nabbed a Michael Kors bag for $55 — too good a bargain to walk away from. Lola’s discovered her inner fashionista — denim skirt and strappy top, despite us heading home to freezing temperatures. I gently suggested maybe we focus on warmer clothes. Big mistake. She now thinks she’s got full shopping privileges. Oops. Lunch was at Raising Cane’s, which the kids had been desperate to try. It was… fine. Nice enough, but I’ll still take a KFC any day. Even the kids weren’t that fussed. Then, in true Partridge chaos, Bella pipes up with: “Sometimes I pretend to be Sizzle (our sausage dog), with no clothes on, and bark on the floor.” Parenting level: questionable, but we’re doing our best! A quick run into Target for Charlie’s face wash turned into a full-blown fangirl moment when Lola bumped into her favourite vlogger, Sophie Phillips — massive thank you, Sophie, for being so lovely. She’s still buzzing! We wrapped up the day at Icon Park, had a go on the StarFlyer, and then over to Pirates Cove for some crazy golf. The reigning champ (me) had to share the crown this time — Charlie managed to tie!
