I’m about to give you a recipe for a stuffing so good, you might not even notice the difference. Hope you enjoy, and we got stuffing for the win! Ingredients: 1 pack of stuffing mix 3 tbsp butter 1/2 cup each of onion, celery, and bell pepper 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 cup broth 1 egg 1/3 cup parmesan cheese Seasoning of your choice (just make sure you have 2 tsp ground sage) Instructions: 1. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion, celery, and bell pepper for about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. 2. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the cooked vegetables. 3. Add the chicken broth, egg, and your choice of seasonings (don't forget the ground sage). Mix gently—don’t overdo it! 4. Stir in the parmesan cheese and brown sugar, mixing just enough to combine. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes and the rest is history.
