This is the second video in a 3-part video series on how to make a Märklin turnout & double slip switch digital. This will enable you to use the turnout & double slip with the Mobile Station and Central Station. In this video series it is illustrated how to use the turnout & double slip switch with the Mobile Station 2 (MS2) and Central Station 3 (CS3). The tutorial illustrates the installation in the standard turnout (24611/24612), the curved turnout (24671/24672) and the double slip switch (24624). This second part of the series illustrates how to install the decoder 74460 and 74462. Unfortunately, I do not have the 74461, but it is similar to the 74462 just without MFX support. Install the 74461 as illustrated with the 74962, but do remember to set the address on the dip switch.
