We truly hope you enjoy this, and the rest of our series, Intrepid Premium SE Asia In Depth videos! This is Part 1 of a multi part series following our travels through Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. In Part One our group gathers at the Ramada for an introductory meeting with our guide before heading out for a lovely group dinner at Bangkok’s Vanida Restaurant. The food and the service were both exceptional! The first full day of the Adventure began with a tour of the Royal Palace grounds, including the famed Emerald Buddha. After a great lunch at J’s we visited Wat Pho and the amazing Reclining Buddha (who is referenced in the Murray Head song ‘One Night in Bangkok’) We finished the day’s tour with a canal boat trip which including the feeding of some HUGE Catfish!! Speaking of fish, we ended the evening together with dinner at Happy Fish at the Asiatique mall!
