Lemon Coriander Maggi Recipe | Easy & Quick Snack 🍋🍜 Lemon Coriander Maggi Recipe 🛒 Ingredients: 2 packets Maggi 🍜 4–5 garlic cloves (finely chopped) 🧄 1 green chilli (finely chopped) 🌶 1 medium lemon 🍋 Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) 🌿 1–2 tbsp oil 🛢 🌶 Masala: Salt (as per taste) 🧂 ½ tsp red chilli powder 🌶 ¼ tsp turmeric powder ✨ 2 Maggi tastemaker sachets 📦 👨‍🍳 Method: 1️⃣ Boil Maggi Boil 2 cups water 💧 in a pan. Add Maggi noodles 🍜 and cook for 2–3 minutes. Keep slightly firm (don’t overcook). 2️⃣ Prepare Tadka Heat oil 🛢 in another pan. Add chopped garlic 🧄 and sauté until light golden. Add green chilli 🌶 and sauté for a few seconds. 3️⃣ Add Masala Add salt 🧂, red chilli powder 🌶, turmeric powder ✨ and Maggi tastemaker 📦. Mix well on low flame. 4️⃣ Combine Noodles Add boiled Maggi 🍜 and toss properly so masala coats evenly. 5️⃣ Final Touch Turn off the flame 🔥. Add fresh coriander 🌿 and squeeze lemon juice 🍋.
