Dahi Ke Sholey (दही के शोले) in 15 Minutes 🔥 | Super Crispy Party Starter Recipe 🧀 Dahi Ke Sholey – Full Detailed Recipe (Hindi + English) 🥣 Ingredients (English) For Stuffing: 1 cup Hung Curd (thick, water-free) 2–3 tbsp Capsicum (Red, Green & Yellow – finely chopped) 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped) 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander (finely chopped) Masala: Salt – as per taste ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder ¼ tsp Black Pepper For Rolls: 6–8 Bread slices (white or brown) Oil (for deep frying) 🥣 सामग्री (Hindi) स्टफिंग के लिए: 1 कप हंग कर्ड (पानी निकला हुआ गाढ़ा दही) 2–3 चम्मच शिमला मिर्च (लाल, हरी, पीली – बारीक कटी हुई) 1 हरी मिर्च (बारीक कटी हुई) 2 चम्मच हरा धनिया मसाले: नमक स्वादानुसार ½ चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर ¼ चम्मच काली मिर्च रोल बनाने के लिए: 6–8 ब्रेड स्लाइस ब्रेड क्रम्ब्स तलने के लिए तेल 👨🍳 Full Detailed Frying Method Step 1: Prepare Stuffing Mix hung curd, capsicum, green chilli, coriander and all spices. Make sure mixture is thick (not watery). ➡️ स्टफिंग को अच्छे से मिलाएं। मिश्रण गाढ़ा होना चाहिए। Step 2: Prepare Bread Take two bread slices. Lightly roll with rolling pin to flatten. Add 1–2 spoon stuffing in center. Roll tightly like cylinder. बीच में स्टफिंग रखकर टाइट रोल करें। Step 3: Oil Temperature (Very Important 🔥) Heat oil on medium flame. Oil should be medium hot (around 170–180°C). Do NOT fry in very hot oil (outside brown, inside cold). Do NOT fry in low heat (will absorb oil). Test: Put small crumb → if it rises slowly, oil is ready. Step 4: Frying Fry 2–3 rolls at a time. Fry on medium flame. Turn occasionally for even golden color. Fry until golden brown & crispy. Time: 3–4 minutes approx. ➡️ मध्यम आंच पर सुनहरा होने तक तलें। Step 5: Serve Remove on tissue paper. Cut diagonally and serve with green chutney or ketchup.
