The Greenbelt Corridor is a 20-mile multi-use trail that meanders alongside the Elm Fork Branch of the Trinity River. One of the area’s most popular nature trails, it runs north and south from the below the Ray Roberts Dam to the headwaters of Lake Lewisville, offering 12 miles for equestrians and 10 miles for bicyclists and hikers. The corridor is operated by Texas Parks and Wildlife and no hunting or firearms are permitted. It’s a natural playground where outdoor enthusiasts and families can hike, bike, ride horses, rollerblade, geocache, or simply kick back!
