E22 spent the morning at the pasture pond & perching in the oak tree watching the waterbirds. E22 will swoop down low and scatter an anhinga from the water as E22 tests out new and improved flying skills. 😊 E22 goes down to the pond and gets a sip of water and then flies back to the office oak overhang branch to perch before flying off and circling around. E22 sees M15 flying in with a fish and heads back across the pond. M15 lands on the ground while E22 is trying to circle back to him - then M15 flies to the nest tree with the fish and E22 follows and claims it. It is a small fish and E22 quickly eats it. M15 goes to the U branch while E22 eats this appetizer. E22 heads to the porch and swing branch before flying to the church snag with vocals. E22 keeps its eye on Dad and will fly back to the nest tree and work its way to the U branch with a big mantle squeeing and demanding another fish! M15 will fly off and go to the church tree and E22 takes his place on the U branch. E22 stays up there for about an hour before flying off and soaring across the street until out of cam view.
