On her penultimate weekend of visiting from Didcot Railway Centre, as part of her 100th anniversary, Great Western 'Castle' 4-6-0 4079 Pendennis Castle put in an appearance on the steam service. She was supplemented by BR Class 24 D5054 working a separate service, and LMS Jinty tank 47298 on a lunchtime 'Dining with Distinction' excursion to Rawtenstall.
