Let's find out! :) Music credits for this video: Ripe from Youtube Music Library One Step Closer from Youtube Music Library Recipe: 6-8 croissants, torn to big pieces 300 ml heavy cream 300 ml milk 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 70g. castor sugar Method: 1. Start the oven at 180 degrees centigrade. 2. While the oven is heating up, take an oven proof dish, and fill it up with the torn croissant pieces overlapping each other. 3. Into a big-sized bowl, add in the heavy cream and then the milk into it. 4. In a separate bowl, break open the eggs and then whisk them well with sugar and cinnamon poured into it. 5. Now, pour in the whisked egg mixture into the bowl (that's why I mentioned that the bowl be big) that contains the milk and cream. 6. Now, pour all of the above mixture into the dish containing the croissants. Try to pour evenly in all corners. Let the mixture stand 5 minutes so the croissant absorbs all of the liquid. 7. Now place the dish into the oven and let it cook for 30 mins.
