Our recent trip to Iloilo City was nothing short of amazing! We checked in at Go Hotels Iloilo, which is conveniently located within Robinsons Iloilo Mall. The location was perfect for us since it made grabbing groceries and finding a place to eat super easy. Plus, Go Hotels is affordable, so we were happy to stay there without breaking the bank. For our city tour, we decided to hire a guide through Staycation Travel Agency-Bacolod on Facebook. The process was really smooth—all we had to do was make a small down payment and then settle the rest after the tour. Our guide for the day was Kuya Rey, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to show us around! He was super friendly and knew all the best spots in the city. Our tour took us to some incredible places, including Garin Farm, the iconic Miagao Church, and the beautiful Molo Church, among others. Each stop was a treat, and Kuya Rey made sure we learned a bit about the history and significance of each site. It was like having a fun and informative friend with us all day! After the tour, Kuya Rey kindly dropped us off back at Robinsons Iloilo Mall. We decided to grab a bite at JD Restaurant, which was a nice way to end the day.
