Cook-trekking EP.82: potted Chicken toasts / Salmon & veg.

Cook-trekking along the Ayrshire Coastal Path: along Prestwick beach then into Prestwick dunes and immediately spotting a murder (that’s 3 or more crows), then into the woods for lunch. Brodies Breakfast Tea with Potted chicken on seeded bloomer toasts in the woods alongside the Pow Burn then later in the day, Salmon and veggies. Lunch cooked further along the Pow Burn consisted of courgettes in Lemon Olive oil on the Triad stove and salmon, mushroom, onion and peppers in Stir Fry oil on the Bushbox. Spotted a plane heading out to the sun above the winter Ayrshire sunset and this appears as the last frame in the video. This picture also appeared as “OUR PICTURE OF THE DAY” in the Glasgow Times.
