Ultra Island - Can I Run an Ultramarathon on this uninhabited Tiny Pacific Island near Fiji?

This would have to be the first distance run ever completed in this seldom visited part of the world. Up until a couple years ago, there was NOTHING on this island at all. Now there is a single house here on Vawa Island, a very unique and special property built by a friend of mine who had a strong vision. I had a few days to enjoy this property and wanted to see if I could pull off a LONG training run of Ultra length (at least 50KM) in the small part of the island that could be used for this effort. Most of the island is dense foliage and sharp rock. So my track on the island was about a quarter mile long. And the weather was HOT and HUMID.
