Cook the noodles in boiling hot water for 4-5 minutes until the noodles have become soft 2. In a kadai, add 1 tsp of oil, once oil is hot, add 1 tsp of garlic paste followed by thinly sliced onions, red, green and yellow capsicum and stir well 3. Now add finely shredded cabbage and chopped spring onion leaves and stir fry well 4. Add the schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder followed by salt to taste and mix well again 5. Now add the cooked noodles and combine everything well and serve hot with ketchup
