IT'S SEXY & GOOD! If you love drinking smoothies and enjoy eating pudding, then this recipe is for YOU! I love to make this summer treat for breakfast, or really any time of the day. It is healthy, delicious and easy to make. Nectarine Chia Delight Recipe: 2 to 3 frozen bananas 2 cups of frozen nectarines slices 1/4 cup of organic or fresh coconut water 1 cup of coconut cream, freshly made or can. 4 tbsp. of black chia seeds 2 tbsp. of agave nectar (optional, as I didn't need to sweeten it at all!) 4 or 5 crushed walnuts Directions: 1. Break up the frozen banana into chunks and place in the blender 2. Add the 2 cups of frozen nectarine slices 3. Add coconut water (you may need to add more, which is fine.) 3. Blend until smooth For the Chia Pudding: Add the chia seeds and agave to the coconut cream and mix together in a bowl or container. Allow it to sit in the refrigerator for about 15 to 30 minutes. To Assemble: First, add the chia pudding. Second, add the nectarine smoothie. Third, drizzle some coconut cream on top. Forth, add fresh fruit. (I added bananas and nectarine halves.) Fifth, sprinkle some seeds or crushed nuts to finish off. (I used my favorite...walnuts!) And that is it! ENJOY!
