This is Part 2 of the SmartXPD "Don't Fall" Series. It's an instructional demonstrates an agility drill which practices a fall recovery pattern for the legs and feet which can help you regain your balance when lateral stability is lost. A comprehensive fall prevention program should include strength training, balance, flexibility and agility. This drill would fall into the "agility" category and is a fun and effective step pattern which you can practice during rest sequences during your strength training.
