This time, we camped in a quiet mountain valley. The days were warm under the spring sun, but the nights turned cool and crisp — perfect weather for hot tent camping. We set up our Naturehike Massif 4P tent, cooked Taiwanese Fan Tuan (glutinous rice rolls) for lunch, enjoyed an Earl Grey Matcha Latte, and made a pot of Korean Army Stew (Budae Jjigae) for dinner. As the evening chill set in, we lit the stove and watched the sky fade into soft pink and orange hues. The next morning, we woke up to birdsong and brewed iced fruit tea and coffee before packing up — ending our short but peaceful weekend escape.
