Backwards Bill Easter Jeep Safari Route combines Wipeout Hill and Sevenmile Rim Jeep Off-road Trails. We used a stock Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and lightly built Jeep Cherokee XJ. Features include tippy hills, Wipeout Hill, more tippy curves, Scenic Moab Overlooks, ledges, Uranium Arch, more ledges. We use a stock jeep wrangler and lightly modified Jeep Cherokee XJ to help you figure out if the trail is suitable for your vehicle. There’s many ways to do Wipeout Hill and Sevenmile Rim and I wanted to do the trails like this. I later learned this route is called Backwards Bill. Other options are to go towards Determination Towers which is the typical Wipeout Hill Easter Jeep Safari Trail. There’s also an Easter Jeep Safari route for Sevenmile Rim. I have never been able to get off for Easter Jeep Safari so please correct me if I’m wrong on any of this. 0:00 This Hill is a Rush 0:12 Intro/Vehicle Info/Trail Facts 0:56 Wipeout Hill Trail Starts 1:56 Where we are/How to get Here 2:47 Follow the base of the bluff 3:56 Steep Hill to Sand 5:19 Drop into the Wash 8:09 This is Steep! 10:45 Sevenmile Rim Trail Starts 12:05 Opening between Buttes 12:48 Rough till the End 14:38 Lunch Spot and Arch 16:41 Trail Break Down 18:35 The Final Challenge Channel Info: My name is Dewie Jones and I’m the reluctant host, videographer, and video editor for the channel. I’ve daily driven a wrangler my entire driving life starting with a 1997 TJ, most recently a ten year old 2012 JK, and now new 2021 JL. I like the challenge of driving a stock wrangler on tough trails. My buds are not new to wheeling either, but for their own specific reasons, now wheel aggressive SUV based off-roaders like Cherokees, 4Runners, Land Cruisers, VW Touregs, and Renegades. We decided Colorado Mallcrawlers was a funny name so that's how we got here. We film our trail runs letting whatever happens, happen and then later make the video an accurate trail guide with comments on how to do it better than us. For trail planning, I use the Funtreks Books (amazon search: Funtreks books). I have the current editions of the Colorado books, Arizona, California, and Moab. I finish up my trail planning with TrailsOffroad as they can sometimes have more detail as well as user submitted current conditions feedback. I use GAIA GPS with TrailsOffroad waypoints on UConnect currently (although I'm not paying attention to it on filming days). Here’s my video that tells you how I find trails. • Find off-road trails the BEST way! Our Trail Guides Playlist: • Jeep Cherokee & Renegade Trailhawks off-ro... Our Colorado Playlist: • Colorado Jeeping! As always, thanks for watching!
