1 cup deep 27 1:17.2, #5 zp6, 3 pour + bloom. B&W Colombia Washed Gesha Diego Horta Todays cup was nice. It was very delicate but also strong in flavors. It is a very delicate nuanced coffee. It has lemon along with some earl grey tea. On the front it is a citric acidity fallowed by a blend of honeysuckle and tea with a finish that fades quick, almost instantly drops off but ends quickly. There are some florals, Honeysuckle and bergamot come to mind. It was a nice presentation of this coffee. For some it may be hard to appreciate a coffee this delicate but I very much enjoyed it! I am noticing with the zp6 I am preferring 3 pours to 4 which is my standard style/guide. I plan to continue to use the zp6 and am not getting rid of the c40, for those who would like to see more of those guides. I have a Thunguri coming up that was recommended as a hard coffee to get right, so I bought it with the idea of making a guide.
