Swing, High pull, Snatch - ladder from 1-5 repetition on each side 2. Clean, Squat, Push press - ladder from 1-5 repetition on each side 3. Turkish Get Up & Windmill. repeat 3 sets 4. Hot Potato. 20time 5. Circular Cleans. 20 times 6. Figure of eight (upward & downward) Shoulder to shoulder 10 times for each part 7. Split Squat Snatch. ladder from 1-5 repetition on each side 8.
