I pull inspiration from everywhere, and that’s exactly what this 7-day challenge is about. Each workout is rooted in Pilates, BUT throughout the week you’ll experience a mix of styles. It’s all about blending creativity with control, and giving your body something new each day while staying grounded in that Pilates foundation. We made it babe Day 7!! 💫 This is our final class in the series and it’s a full body sculpt session that ties everything together.
