In my opinion, it’s the best way to make them and believe me, once you try them they will be your favourite too. Enjoy them from my family to yours❤️ INGREDIENTS ◦ 1-2 Broccoli spears ◦ 15 fresh Brussels Sprouts large ◦ 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive and more as needed ◦ 1-2 tablespoons of roasted garlic and red peppers ◦ 1/2 lemon DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 450F 2. Wash broccoli and Brussel sprouts. Cut the ends of broccoli spears and cut brussel sprouts lengthwise into quarters. 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread your vegetables evenly on the tray in a single layer. Drizzle EVOO and sprinkle roasted garlic with red peppers on top. Turn over vegetables to ensure they’re coated evenly. Watch video for instructions. 4. Place tray uncovered in the oven for 8 minutes until browned on top and any loose leaves are beautifully charred and crispy. Squeeze juice from half of a lemon throughout. Serve and enjoy!
