The cotton then goes into a “sleeve,” and a bottom section snaps into place to hold the entire thing together. The essential oils I’m using are: 5 drops Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) (1:02) 5 drops Cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana) (1:35) 5 drops Orange (Citrus sinensis) (2:01) There are several ways to make an Aromatherapy inhaler, and the first way is to put the cotton insert in a little bowl. (This is a good technique if you’re not sure about your recipe.) The second way (3:01) is just to put your cotton insert into the inhaler sleeve, then drop your essential oils right into the inhaler.
