After taking a few months off training to sell my law firm, I was super keen to jump back on the rings. In this video I run through some basic to intermediate ring strength and skill progressions as well as a few combinations. Having suffered dreadfully from elbow tendonitis in the past (I didnt know what it was when I got it), I also share some pre-hab, re-hab and general awareness tips and drills to avoid and/or treat the dreaded elbow pain often experienced from going deeper into ring work (especially as you get older!).
