Fermentation Magic: Cover the pot with a breathable cloth, allowing air to flow but preventing contamination. Do not seal the container tightly. Time for Transformation: Place the covered pot in a warm location for fermentation. Depending on your climate, it can take different amount of time for fermentation. To give you an idea, keep millets for fermentation for only that amount of time that it takes for curd to set at your location.
