Stop wasting time in the kitchen this Ramadan! 🌙 In today's video, I’m showing you how to make two essential chutneys that are perfect for your Iftar snacks. Whether it’s Samosas, Pakoras, or Dahi Bhallay, these chutneys will make everything taste better while saving you hours of daily work. What’s in this video: ✅ Green Chutney: Fresh, spicy, and perfect for yogurt. ✅ Sweet & Sour Imli Chutney: The perfect balance for your snacks. ✅ Storage Hack: How to freeze them as cubes for instant use! Recipe 1: Spicy Green Chutney (Vinegar Preserved) Spicy and zesty—the vinegar keeps it fresh and bright green! Ingredients: Coriander: 1 bunch (leaves only) Mint: 1/2 cup (leaves only) Green Chillies: 6 to 7 (stems removed) Garlic: 8 cloves Ginger: 5 small pieces Cumin Seeds (Zeera): 1 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp Chaat Masala: 1 tsp Salt: 1/2 tsp Water: 1/2 cup Vinegar: 1 tbsp (The secret preservative!) Method: Blend everything except the vinegar until smooth. Add the vinegar last, blend once more, and freeze in cubes. 🟤 Recipe 2: Sweet & Tangy Imli Chutney The perfect sweet and sour balance for all your Iftar snacks. Ingredients: Tamarind (Imli) Pulp: 1 cup Jaggery (Gur): 1/2 cup Cumin Seeds (Zeera): 1 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes: 1/2 tsp Regular Salt: To taste Method: Simmer the tamarind pulp and jaggery together until the jaggery melts. Add the 1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, red chili flakes, and salt. Cook for 5–8 minutes until thickened. Let it cool before storing. Instructions: Clean and wash your coriander and mint leaves properly. Blend your ingredients (follow the video for the secret ratio!). Store in an airtight jar or freeze in ice cube trays. Simply pop a cube into your yogurt whenever you need fresh chutney!
