😌💚🔥 This video is a medley of both Kapalabhati (Breath of Fire) and a traditional Bhastrika (Bellows Breath). Today's breathwork flow is a quick, energizing reset. In just a few rounds, you can boost circulation, clear fog, and ignite focus — without coffee. In this video, I’ll guide you through a short Fire Breath 🔥 practice you can use any time your energy dips or your mind feels heavy. What you’ll learn: ✨ How Fire Breath stimulates energy + clarity ✨ A simple 1–2 minute protocol you can repeat daily ✨ When to use it: before meetings, after lunch, or anytime you need a fast energy BOOST ⚠️ Safety note: If you have heart, lung, or neurological conditions, or are pregnant, please check with your provider before practicing. Always start gently, and listen to your body. Technical essence: I've taken inspiration from Bhastrikā Prāṇāyāma (often shortened to Bastrika) a traditional yogic breathwork practice — “bellows breath” in Sanskrit. Rapid, forceful inhales and exhales through the nose, powered by the diaphragm. Think of the lungs like a blacksmith’s bellows — pumping air in and out with energy. Inhale strongly, expanding the belly + chest. Exhale strongly, contracting the belly in. We do 3 rounds (20–30 breaths), then pause with a deep inhale and hold briefly. I've incorporated a squeeze to really maximize the circulation effect at release. Effects: 🔥 Generates internal heat and energy 🔥 Clears out sluggishness and mental fog 🔥 Improves lung capacity and oxygenation 🔥 Stimulates circulation and energizes the nervous system 🔥 Can prepare the body for meditation by releasing restlessness Kapalabhati emphasizes active exhale + passive inhale. Bhastrika makes both inhale and exhale active and forceful — like a true pumping bellows. #8and88 #Between8and88 #CalmOps #CalmOpsFramework #Breathwork #FireBreath #DailyCalm #100DaysOfCalm #energyboost #AfternoonBoost #caffeinesubstitute #techlifebalance #techlifestyle 😌🔥💚
