You can also adjust the movements to meet your dog’s specific needs. These exercises require your dog to focus and will improve balance and proprioception. They are essential exercises for dog sports where a lot of precision is required, such as Agility, or Formal Obedience. The wobble board exercise improves your dog’s balance, functional strength, mental focus. It also develops fast reflexes and improves reaction time, which can increase performance and accuracy in dog sports such as Agility, or IGP.
