Ingredients 4 Boiled Eggs (cut into halves) 2 tbsp Butter / Desi Ghee 1 Onion – finely chopped Garlic – 3–4 cloves (chopped) Ginger – 1 tsp (chopped) Green Chilies – optional (chopped) Spices: Black Pepper Powder, Red Chili Powder (to taste) Chaat Masala – 1 tsp Fresh Coriander – chopped Lemon Juice – few drops Step-by-Step Recipe 1. Boil the Eggs In a cooker, add eggs, water, and 2 tsp salt. Allow 1 whistle, then switch off the gas. Peel and cut eggs into halves. 2. Prepare the Masala Heat ghee or butter in a cast iron pan. Rub an onion slice over the tawa to make it non-stick. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden. Add salt, chili powder, black pepper, and stir. 3.
