As I mentioned in last weeks video, we're headed out to explore this cave, searching for more Spanish gold clues. I'm inviting you to come along in this solo exploration in the Utah Uinta mountains. An area I stumbled upon many years ago and have wanted to explore because I believe this portal I found, COULD have been used as a "stash-spot" for the Spanish. Unfortunately, what I found hidden in this old cave is just SAD and extremely disheartening! So prepare yourself because what you're about so see, could be offensive to some. I had to look past it in order to finish this solo exploration, and I hope you can do the same. If not - TURN back now.. Thank You all for joining me on @offroad801 YouTube channel. I'll be taking you and highlighting this trekking journey in Dry Fork Canyon - which is the entrance into the Red Cloud Loop, in the Ashley National Forest. A gateway to the Utah Uinta mountains. ➡️ In this video, you'll discover : An Ancient sight of jaw-dropping rock formations and landscapes. Incredible aerial photography, and you'll hear a brief story on an abandoned and failed FLUME project that never happened, dating back to the1890's. You will visit a cave I found about 20 years ago, that I didn't have the opportunity to explore at that time - that looks like an ancient Spanish stash-spot to me OR is it an old mine? I'm not one hundred percent sure. Leave a comment a LMK what YOU think... CAUTION!!! the cave has been vandalized I've been off roading, exploring and camping in the Great Basin area for a long time now and I'm glad I can share with you the real-life sense of what it's like, going inside these intense abandoned places, especially when you're uncertain of what to expect. These mineral rich mountains is where most miss the secrets to the past because of remote and steep locations. One thing for sure, is these trails/roads in the desert and the American west offer unique, scenic views and memorable adventures. Hope you enjoyed this journey on @offroad801 and if you did - maybe you will consider subscribing to our YouTube channel. We love exploring and outdoor adventure, and am happy we're able to share it with you. Who knows, maybe you just found your new favorite channel. Thank you guys. Have a great evening.
