Let's enjoy spending the new year while eating delicious food◎ 🔶for 2 servings 🔶cooking time 00:50 ▽INGREDIENTS-Japanese Seasoned Rice- 2 pacific sauries a pinch of salt 225g rice 1 piece of ginger 1/2 pack of maitake mushroom 1/4 pack of beech mushrooms some chopped scallion 1 citrus sudachi ▽INGREDIENTS-Seasonings- 2 tsp dark soy sauce 1 tsp light soy sauce 2 tsp mirin(sweet sake) 2 tsp sake a little less than 400ml water 1 tsp dashi stock granules ▽INGREDIENTS-Satsuma-Jiru-※easy-to-make amount 100g chicken thigh 1/2 sweet potato 1/8 white radish 1/4 small size of the carrot 1/4 burdock 1/2 thick fried tofu 1 tsp vegetable oil 600ml water a little less than 1 tsp dashi stock granules 1.5 tbsp miso 1 tsp mirin(sweet sake) a little less than 1tsp light soy sauce some chopped scallion
