This is a bonus video to point viewers to a column on cnn.com by Don Lincoln of Fermilab (FNAL). In it, he discusses a recent test of Einstein's theory of general relativity performed by observing the gravitational redshift of hydrogen and helium spectra from a star in the neighborhood of the black hole in Sagittarius A*. Perhaps more relevant for our purposes here, he also points out that hypotheses are experimentally tested repeatedly and replaced when they eventually fail. We're pointing this out as a real-world demonstration of how science progresses, as that is one of the main themes of this channel.
