Agar aapko quick, healthy aur protein-packed recipes pasand hain, to ye recipe aapke liye perfect hai! 🔥 1 katori chana se banao super crunchy no-fry snack! 🔥 Evening tea time, healthy munching, choti bhook aur weight-loss friendly snacking. 🥣 Ingredients: • 1 katori boiled kabuli chana (5–6 hours soaked + 4–5 whistle boiled) • 1 tbsp rice flour • ½ tbsp cornflour • ¼ tbsp haldi powder • ½ tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder • ⅓ tbsp garlic powder • Salt taste ke according • 1 tbsp oil • 2 pinch rice flour + 2 pinch chaat masala (last finishing) 👩🍳 Step by Step Recipe: 1️⃣ Boiled chane ko kapde par spread karke tissue se extra moisture remove karein. Completely dry chane hi crispy bante hain. 2️⃣ Ek bowl me chane + rice flour + cornflour + haldi + chilli powder + garlic powder + salt add karke dry coating karein. 3️⃣ Ab 1 tbsp oil add karke lightly toss karein. Batter nahi banana, bas masala coating. 4️⃣ Airfryer ko 355°F / 180°C pe preheat karein. 5️⃣ Basket me chane single layer me spread karein aur 15 min airfry karein. Beech me ek baar shake zaroor karein. 6️⃣ Jab 2 min baaki ho (13 min baad), basket nikaalke 2 pinch rice flour aur 2 pinch chaat masala sprinkle karein. 7️⃣ Temperature 400°F / 200°C karke last 1–2 min crisp finish de dein. 8️⃣ Serve karte waqt lemon juice aur thoda chaat masala sprinkle karein. ✨ Tips & Tricks: ✔️ Chane completely dry hone chahiye warna soggy ho jayenge. ✔️ Single layer me cook karein for even crispiness. ✔️ Last high temperature step overcook na karein warna masala kadwa ho sakta hai. ✔️ Oil kam rakhne se healthy aur crunchy texture milega. ❓ FAQs: Q.
