Ingredients 1 tbsp butter 4–5 garlic cloves (grated) ½ zucchini (grated) ½ red bell pepper (chopped) 6–8 cherry tomatoes (halved) ¼ cup boiled corn 1 sausage, chopped (optional) 1 cup boiled macaroni For the Sauce 1.5 cups milk 1 cheese slice 3 tbsp Go Cheese 4-cheese blend (or any mix cheese) 2 tbsp parmesan cheese Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Mixed herbs / oregano Optional: chilli flakes --- ⭐ Method 1. Prep the veggies: Grate garlic and zucchini, chop sausage and bell pepper, and halve the cherry tomatoes. 2. Cook the vegetables: Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan. Add garlic and sauté for 10–15 seconds. Add grated zucchini, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, corn and sausage. Cook until zucchini softens and the cherry tomatoes can be mashed easily with the back of a spoon. 3. Make the sauce: Pour in the milk and stir well. Add cheese slice, Go Cheese blend, and parmesan. Keep stirring until the cheese melts and sauce becomes creamy. 4. Season it: Add salt, black pepper, mixed herbs, and chilli flakes as per taste. 5. Add pasta: Mix in the boiled macaroni. Adjust consistency by adding a little extra milk if it becomes too thick. 6. Serve: Cook 1–2 minutes until everything comes together.
