NO REPEAT Total Body FUSION Workout 🔥CARDIO & STRENGTH Help me celebrate my 49th birthday 🎂 by following along with me and my crew with this FUN strength & cardio workout that is packed with 49 of my favorite movements with some of my favorite at home equipment. You'll see compound strength, Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, Barre, Abs, and more. Most of the moves will be done for 45 seconds with 15 seconds to transition. Equipment being used for today's workout: Dumbbells, Pilates Mini Ball, Ankle Weights and a mat. If you do not have some of this equipment, by all means you can still do the workout. You may want to substitute a pillow for the ball. We are moving to the beat of the music, but always go at a pace that is best for you, and you want to make sure you have full range in the exercise too. Hit pause if you need more time, and do your best. To start off you'll need no equipment, but have your dumbbells ready to go first.
