Hallelujah I did it!! It’s Day 14 of my 14-day water fast!!!!! Another detox/fast down in the books! It's necessary to do a cleanse, b/c some of the things we eat...chile, chile. I'm definitely guilty. Now that I’ve completed this journey, the real work begins—maintaining my health, eating clean, and continuing to get to better.
