In this interesting interview, Dharshani who is an artist and a baker turned into an image building consultant. She is a tutor, softskills trainer, with a good background in corporate training and mentoring. She had an objective that while making money from any service, it should impact and change the lives of the people for better. Being an image consultant, life coach, emotional intelligence practitioner and Tedx speaker, the biggest gratification she enjoys in her profession is the smile of satisfaction and confidence on the faces of the people. Unfolding her professional journey, Dharshani narrated about her early days in school, college and other areas where she enjoyed hosting events, interviews, participating in numerous programs actively. Her favourite place was the stage with a mic in her hand. She had that inner drive to talk and communicate openly and confidently engaging with the audience seamlessly. She is training and empowering over 1500 people in gaining the vital confidence.
