Kabuli Pulao: Pulao ingredients: Black cumin 1 tsp Black cardamom 2 Small cardamom 4-5 White cumin 1 tsp Ingredients for chicken: Fry grinded onion 2 tbsp Chicken ½ kg Salt as required Pulao masala 1 tbsp Chicken stock 1-1/2 cup Boil Sella rice ½ kg Lemon juice 2 tbsp Clarified butter ¾ cup Ingredients for garnishing: Finely cut carrot ¾ cup Sugar ½ cup Raisin, dry fruits for garnishing Method: All pulao ingredients mix and grind it .then heat clarified butter and add chicken ,grind onion and pulao masala add and mix then roast well .now add salt then 1 cup of water add and cook till then chicken tender .now add chicken stock and lemon juice and boil .then add rice and mix and leave on dum .now in a pan add sugar and melt .when brown then add ½ cup of water add with carrot and stove off .then add carrot and sugar with ready pulao and leave on dum .finally dish out and garnish with raisin and dry fruits and serve . Doodh Ka Sharbat: Ingredients: Milk 1 jug Sugar ½ cup Almonds, pistachios (cut) as required Cardamom powder ¼ tsp Rose water 1 tbsp China grass (freezed pieces) ½ cup Method In milk add sugar, cardamom powder and rose water and mix well. Then add china grass pieces, almond, pistachios and let it cool down.
