Today I'm making delicious savoury pancakes stuffed with a seasoned beef and onion filling. These meat crepes are perfect for dinner, lunch, or a hearty breakfast. They are soft, flavorful, and crispy on the outside if you fry them at the end! Don't forget to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE for more tasty recipes! 🔔 🥘 Ingredients List: The Batter: 4 Eggs 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Sugar 150g Flour (All-purpose) 400ml Milk 20g (approx. 1.5 tbsp) Rapeseed Oil The Filling: 500g Beef Mince (Ground Beef) 2 Onions 1 tsp Salt Rapeseed Oil (for frying) 📝 Instructions: 1. Make the Batter: Break 4 eggs into a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar. Mix well. To avoid lumps, add the ingredients in stages: Add approx. 50g of flour and mix. Add 200ml of milk and mix. Add another 50g of flour and mix. Add the remaining flour and mix. Pour in the remaining 200ml of milk and mix until you have a thin liquid batter. Finally, pour in 20g of Rapeseed oil and mix until combined. 2. Prepare the Filling: Dice the two onions. Heat a pan over medium heat with some Rapeseed oil. Add the onions and stir. Then add the beef mince and stir well. Let it cook for about 2 minutes, then stir. Add 1 tsp of salt. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes (Total cook time approx. 10-11 mins). Important Step: Once cooked, grind or blend the meat mixture (using a food processor or grinder) to make a fine texture. 3. Cook and Assemble: Lightly oil a frying pan. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan. Fry for 30 seconds, flip, and fry for another 30 seconds. Repeat until batter is finished. Place a portion of the meat filling onto each pancake and wrap/roll them up. 4. Optional (But Recommended!): Place the wrapped pancakes back into the frying pan for 1 minute to crisp up the outside.
